"The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room"

Besonders gefallen hat uns der grosszügige Wellnessbereich mit 3 Sauna, Infrarotkabine, Aussen-Whirlpool und Ruheraum – perfekt, um nach einem aktiven Tag zu Regenerieren. Ein echtes Highlight war auch der idyllische Naturteich im Garten, der dem Haus eine besondere Atmosphäre verleiht und sofort Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen lässt. "A great place! Nice location, comfortable hotel, nice views from every window and an easy bus ride to the ski lift. Erna in reception was really nice and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend! Would’ve stayed longer, but I have to follow the snow"

"Very nicely located, slightly elevated above Jochberg which provided great views in all directions. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. We will be returning to this fine establishment!"

"The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us. "

"We had a great week at this Tyrollean hotel. We were very pleased with our large room which had a comfortable sitting area as well as a balcony with views over the mountains. We especially enjoyed the food on our half board stay. The swimming pool was a great place for a dip after a day’s hiking. The hotel staff were friendly and always happy to help. "
