"The room was beautiful and also very functional. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of local foods and homemade poppyseed cake many mornings to go with the coffee! The staff were all very nice and helpful, making us feel like we were in their home rather than a hotel. This is a special place in Klagenfurt!"

"To be honest, I knew the apartment was dated but it didn't appear very clean either. For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. The fridge did not work for us after plugging it in, the bathroom towels were not full length towels (but rather hand towels), the WIFI was unreliable. "Ein super schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Frische hauseigene Eier morgens und ein wunderschöner Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "

"Location off-centre, convenient for the University, Minimundus and Wörthersee. The access to the city centre is not too complicated, takes about 15-20min by local bus though a bit of being organised helps as the local buses only run every 30min. The room was rather basic, felt mostly like an upgraded dorm, although it was clean and bathroom was in a good shape. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good with both hot and cold options."

"The hotel is situated mid way between the lake and the city centre making it an ideal choice for the Ironman. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was great, the hotel clean and this is somewhere where we would love to stay again."
