Great stay at a lovely guesthouse. Immaculate gardens being very well cared for, very beautiful. Lovely staff who were always happy to help. Amazing breakfast, every morning delivered to our terrace - many options including delicious pancakes. Great shuttle bus service into town, as it is situated a little bit further out of town which we really liked. And free bikes which we used to head in early to see the alms giving. Overall a very relaxed and enjoyable stay, would wholeheartedly recommend.

The resort is amazing, so peaceful and the staff so attentive. The free bikes are such a great perk as we used them every day to get around, Santi the manager booked all our trips for us which made the stay so enjoyable and fulfilling

Everyone at Hillside, especially the host, are very friendly. They make you feel very welcome. The lodge is in a remote and beautifull scenic area with a very nice clean pool. We liked the hike through the village and ricefields and visited the botanical garden. If you like to go to the quiet countryside, Hillside is recommended! Go to Luang Prabang before or afterwards your stay because the road is very bad. Thank you Maddie for our wunderfull stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast is ok; Room was clean; Internet is very good. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking to the city center. (or 3 minutes with tuk-tuk)

A very new and modern hotel. Did not expect to see such a great hotel in Vientiane. Fabulous breakfast with great quality and various variety. Great rooms and quiet. The pool usually gets sun after 11 o clock. There are umbrellas to protect you from sun if you like. Reasonably priced food beside the pool with wonderful staff. Had a very nice stay here. The environment is more business but any other travelers are welcome obviously.
