"This resort was amazing. I did not meet one bad staff member, everyone was SO nice and welcoming! Eduardo, Silvia and Jesus had great entertainment at the pool. Daniel, Balan, and Miquel were Amazing bartenders!! Daniel made a tasty "Dirty Monkey" and he remembered that was my fave drink whenever i came back to his bar(there are so many bars to go too).We never left the resort and did not need too. I highly recommend this resort. We got a room with a jacuzzi on the roof and bwing out there to look up at the stars was great. Room service was great. I really dont have anything bad to say about this place. They did have quite a few weddings the week we were there, so they end up closing off one of the pools and bars and you can hear the music going up until about 11pm. But it really wasnt that bad at all. I kind of enjoyed hearing the music while enjoying our jacuzzi. Again, i highly recommend this resort. Had an amazing time. "

"I left my AirPods in my hotel room after I already checked out and returned to the states. Their concierge supervisor was extremely helpful in assisting me retrieve my AirPods. After housekeeping found them under my bed, turned them in, he shipped them back to me through UPS. I was extremely impressed with how the hotel went above and beyond to return my belongings to me. That and also, I loved the 24 hour room service that was fast and endless gelato in the cafe. And pad Thai in the Asian restaurant was very good! "
