"Rooms need an upgrade Asked for an iron and was told to come get it . Tried to book a wake up call , was told no and that I should set an alarm on my phone. Simple things that can make a difference "

"The stay was OK. But the staff wasn’t helpful. We had a problem with our family and we had catch out the trip in two days. Even though we told them about it on the first day six days before we had to leave, I think there could be more helpful and understanding."

"Verwohnt und nur oberflächlich saubergemacht. Fenster in der Dusche defekt und Wasserschlauch. Die Ausstattung der Küche sehr überschaubar und nicht wirklich sinnvoll. Dafür waren die Betten sehr bequem. Für unseren Besuch war es vollkommen ausreichend, jedoch würde ich hier den Besuch mit der Familie nicht machen."
