"We had 3 lovely nights at Janine's apartment, and Janine was delightful to work with. The apartment was cozy, and it was only a 15 minute drive to the heart of Rouen. It was ideal to be so close to the city, yet in a quiet smaller area. The apartment was very comfortable and furnished nicely, very clean & tidy. We'd love to visit again! Thank you, Janine!"

"Firstly, the hotel is beautiful. Exactly the kind of place you want to stay but figure it will never be as good as you hope. This hotel is. In spades. We had the attic room. Well basically all of the attic. Welcome was fantastic. And the breakfast was exquisite. Despite being so close to town, it was really quiet. Plus off street parking. Made for a wonderful although very short stay. We will definitely be back."

"This hotel is extremely sketchy. The hallways and stairs are dirty. There is no control over the heating. The door locks are questionable. There is no hot water in the shower and it doesn't drain. It seems to be a hotel where many people are living."
