"room was dirty and outdated, staff not helpful at all, really poor treatment, treated you like they were doing you a favor by letting you stay there. unable to answer any of your questions and not friendly will never go back there"

"El area de alberca y la playa están muy padres, amplias, limpias agradables. Las habitaciones amplias, en general comodas. Si ya tienen sus años, pero están en buen estado. Al personal le falta estar a la altura de la marca Camino Real. La comida está regular, falta atención de meseros y el ambiente en la cena no es buena y nunca apareció un capitan que pusiera orden."
