"Although we were there off their season seems like they couldn’t provide the service we had to call or text to reach out to bartender services. The shower water pressure was terrible. Doors were locked after midnight and nobody to be found to enter our room."

"The property is well maintained and has lots of nice plants. Pool was very nice for Puerto Escondido. Owner is friendly and treated us well but the man that showed us to our room didn’t help at all. The room was on the fourth floor with no elevator and he brought one bag up out of four! He then sped off even though I was going to tip h 100 pesos. He didn’t give instructions on anything and he was rude"

"The cleaning staff was great. There are some areas in the bathroom that need more detailing, shower door, soap holder and toilet. Room 315 had a leaky faucet from tge first day. We told the housekeepers and front desk, y nada! The breakfast buffet was cold for the most part. There was a young lady who helped out the day that there was no buffet. She was fast, courteous and professional. Thank her please. We did but coming from the management would be nice. The pool bar areas need tidying up. Popcorn and trash were there overnight. I told the tall gentleman at the front desk the next day. Hehe...LOTS of cell phone usage bt staff in the dining room and reception areas. They need to be more aware of their surroundings and more attentive to guest traffic to convey a more professional atmosphere. Asley in tours was very professional and explained options very well. Thank you for listening. "
