"We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel and...

This is by far the most spoiling high mountain lodging I've ever been to (and I have trecked in five continents). Chef-made food, well equipped bar, comfortable rooms, and much more. "The hotel is clean, the aqua park is amazing, staff are friendly. Food is average. The main problem is the air conditioning, which is centrally controlled, making the thermostat in the room a bit useless and always leaving the room a bit warm."

"A panzió legtöbb szobájának ablaka a főútvonalra és a vasútra néz, ezért éjjel is nagyon zajos. Nyitott ablaknál nehéz aludni vagy nem lehet. A wifi jelszó nélküli, ezért nem biztonságos. A bútor több évtizedes, szocreál stílusú. A kanapé és a fotelek agyonhasználtak, gödrösek. A más szobákkal közös erkély egyik ajtajához nem tudtak kulcsot adni, ezért nem lehetett bezárni."
