"Lovely stay with helpful staff. Our room was huge and had a sea view. It’s located right near the ramparts and you can stroll along the water or take a short walk into town. Breakfast and aperitivo on the terrace were well done. We parked on the street, just down from the hotel. Download the app- you can pay/add time from your phone, plus many other cities in Sicily use the same app which was convenient. "

Even if there was parking in the description, our standard sedan couldn’t get into the parking and we were told that only car as Fiat Uno can. We had to pay 10Euro per parking day outside. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. "I loved the tranquility of this resort. The staff were helpful and informative. I was so bummed their on-site restaurant was closed for renovations. I picked this resort for this reason. I wanted to relax at the resort and eat there for dinner. However, they made some great restaurant recommendations. They do have car rentals on-site. I highly recommend that you rent with them and arrange pick-up from the port or the airport. Their bed was the best my whole trip to Sicily. "

"What a truly amazing location. We enjoyed the cafe, museum and fruit market that was right next to the hotel. Walking the historic streets of Trapani really neat and the near by park has a Theater (Teatro Giuseppe Di Stefano) that hosts Opera during the summer and we were lucky enough to attend! "
