"We stayed one night early this week, and all was fine. Our only downside was the nearby train whistles blowing off and on during the night. The hotel itself was fine. We stayed again last night on our return home, and all wasn't fine. The desk chair was broken so that it was unusable, the bathroom floor was sticky, there was a used bath towel on the back of the bathroom door, and, once again, the loud train whistles blew often during the night. We bought a small fan to drown out the noise for the second stay, and this helped. Their breakfast was nice, as was the dining area. My ratings are combination of good for the first night and bad for the second."

"Loud neighbors, people smoking in the hallway and drinking beer. Feces on toilet seat. No sheets for folding couch, we had to ask for them, no one there to check us out. People yelling all night. Room had black mold on air vents and ceiling "

"Unfortunately we were unable to stay for the always fabulous complimentary breakfast (We had to leave early to get to a zipline excursion in Ocala Florida, just 3 1/2 hours away). The breakfast is one of our favorite things about staying at La Quinta! Gabby checked us in and was very professional and friendly, big beautiful smile greeting us after a long travel day. The room was as always clean, cool and comfortable. Thus usbour go to travel hotel. Ps, arby's is conveniently located within walking distance for a delicious quick sback or dinner for weary traveler. "

"Was concerned when a train passed thru on backside upon arrival but never saw or heard another. Room was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was no soap except in shower, which was liquid body wash in a dispenser on wall. The body wash, shampoo & conditioner did all smell good. I would stay again."
