Our bedroom was large and well equipped, though we had to ask for a second towel as none was initially provided. Th3 main drawbacks are the location, which is on a busy main road and not very near places to eat and shop, and the Wi-fi, which was intermittent and slow when it worked at all. "

"The hotel was amazing if you choose business room at least. The hotel really was in the middle of Pekan Baru which we can just walk to PKU Mall and Ramayana for shopping. Also, the room was really spacious and the food was really great too. The only thing that they need to improve that is please ensure all room has iron and hair dryer.
