"I gave a rating of 3 to the staff due to the difficulty I had in retrieving a document I had forgotten in the room. I sent someone to the hotel twice, but only on the third attempt, after the person asked to speak with management, was the issue resolved. This caused a lot of embarrassment and was an uncomfortable situation."

"Great hotel,, breakfast buffet was very good, someone cooking eggs,tapioca ,, juice breads coffe fruit, cakes. Only problem you need to drive or uber to town. They do have shuttle but only every hour"
