Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient, and every team member I encountered was courteous and professional. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I really appreciated the modern touches, from the big-screen TV to the spotless bathroom. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with plenty of hot and cold options that were fresh and well-stocked. The pool area and outdoor seating were also great for relaxing after a long day, and the location is perfect — close to restaurants, stores, and the main highway, yet quiet enough to get a peaceful night’s rest. Overall, Best Western Plus Riata exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s clear that management and staff truly care about their guests’ comfort. I’ll absolutely be staying here again the next time I’m in Brownwood — highly recommend!"
