Top Lake Buchanan Hotel Reviews
Oasis Lake Buchanan
8/10 Good
"Def needed the unplug night at the lake. The RV was very clean and nice to stay in. We picked this spot because of the play area, kayaks, and fishing. Something for everyone. When we arrived we quickly noticed how infested this property is of spiders. Kids could not play n the truely amazing play ground, despite us trying to clear it, there were just too many spiders already nestled in. The actual property was beautiful and the water was great, the kids were able to swim right off the dock area. Kayaking was something were excited to do but again, the pile of kayaks was covered in webs and large spiders. I think this small issue would really bring this space to the next level. We still really enjoyed our stay and the rv was stocked of dishes. Linens clean. Good space for guys just wanting to fish in peace but for kids I would opt for another space. Owner was so nice and respectful, he let us check in early so it was a big plus! Thank you for the enjoyable weekend. Very peaceful and beautiful!"
Timber Bay Lake House
10/10 Excellent
"Just double check the hot tub water level and make sure there is enough chlorine tablets in there. Also could use a few floaties for the lake from the property. Since we came into town from out is state, just give a few tips on what to bring."
Lakefront! House+Guesthouse+Smoker+Kayaks+Firepit
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake place! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our host Tim was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The lake view was absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience feel peaceful and special. We also loved having the fireplace. it added such a cozy touch, especially in the evenings.Overall, this was a great place to relax and enjoy some quality time away. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful lake getaway. We’d love to stay here again!"
Lake View Villas at Buchanan Dam. A Farmhouse Villa on the Water!
10/10 Excellent
"Very cute house. My family and I enjoyed the scenery. The lake was within walking distance. The rooms were spacious. We had 8 in our party and there was enough room to accommodate all. The place is pet friendly. Louie, the only four legged guest, enjoyed the outside and the covered porch. He was so spoiled. If I could leave a suggestion..it would be to make the third entrance with a ramp for those that have issues climbing steps. The steps were not bad though. The sunset and sunrise from the covered patio was breathtaking. We all enjoyed seeing the gaggle of geese that gathered near the lake as well."
Small but cozy apartment style lakefront home on Buchanan Dam with great views!
10/10 Excellent
"This place was absolutely comforting, peaceful, fun right on the lake with walking distance beach access & gorgeous lake, sunrise & sunset views. A plus with it being pet-friendly. We had everything we needed at the lake home & the host was very friendly & very attentive to everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and place well maintained. We will most definitely be coming back with family next summer or possibly sooner. Thank you Rena for everything. We appreciate you very much."
