The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "The hotel is fantastically located next to the station and within walking distance of Kajo park. The room was clean and a lot larger than many other business hotels in Japan. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options to suit most diners as well."

"I just stayed here one night as part of a longer journey, but the hotel was beautiful. Clean, comfortable, quie. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and it’s connected to the train station for ease of travel and options for dining."

"The location is great as it is connected to the station. Facilities are well maintained, lounge is convenient for a nice cuppa of coffee. However, the hotel is more for business traveller and for short stay, there is no coin laundry facility thus it’s a bit inconvenient if needed self service laundry for family with kids. "
