"The house was in a state of dirty which was unbelievable! We could NOT check in for two nights and had to rent another accommodation near by - now we were a family with children so you can imagine our night mare in the middle of the dark Danish winter looking for places to sleep after a flight from London hungry and very tired as it was after 5 pm! "NOVASOL are horrible to work with. If you attempt to contact them via VRBO messaging, they will ignore your messages for months at a time. They will refuse to rent bed linens and towels to you, even though they don't provide them. They will also accuse you of 'not contacting them immediately' with issues, even though their internal booking system lists an out of date phone number and does not list their hours of operation for the chat system. "Wir haben ein schönes Haus vorgefunden das nicht nur alles hatte was man als Selbstversorger benötigt sondern auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet war. Und das waren neben dem Kamin auch viele Kerzenständer mit Teelichtern. Den schönen Wintergarten sowie die Terrasse konnten wir wegen des Wetters leider nicht benutzen. Im Sommer hat man hier aber alle Möglichkeiten... vom Grillen bis zum Chillen. Also zusammengefasst... sehr empfehlenswert!!!"

"Was a last minute booking as preplanned booking had fallen through after a family visit. The apartment was very clean and cosy and comfortable! We didn’t realise on booking that check out was 10 we wanted to do a late check out like 12 because it was so cozy but had to drive back into town to catch our flight! Lovely apartment would recommend for relaxing and getting away from busy area as it was so quiet. Also well equipped with the kitchen and tv area we just didn’t use much. "

"This hotel is located on the south side of Copenhagen, in more of a residential/business area. There is a bus stop(s) located just outside of the building. There is a subway stop due to open in June 2024. There is a restaurant onsite that is delicious. There is a bar and the breakfast buffet is fabulous. All in all I'd highly recommend, we loved our stay."
