"Long wait for check in. Several people lined up waiting. Very nice room, but only one elevator a very long haul down the corridor from our room. Breakfast was minimal. Back door lock didn’t work."

"We were looking for a nice, quiet place near Harpursville and found this gem! We highly recommend this cabin if you are looking to get away from it all but still have everything you need. Quiet, beautiful grounds, incredible view, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure and temperature, and a well stocked kitchen...so many extras are provided by host - wow! We watched a beautiful storm roll in and obscure the mountains, and another night we stayed up and star gazed about a billion stars. We live in a location with a lot of light pollution, so it was amazing to see them all. And just after dusk, we sat outside and watched the fireflies emerge from the woods...simply magical! HIGHLY recommend!"

"I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Andie for her incredible hospitality. We are so very grateful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful and peaceful little home. We were in the area due to a death in the family and without Andie's kindness and generosity, it would have been a much more difficult experience. Thank you for making these two weeks as pleasant and peaceful as it could be. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife: cows, chickens, horses, deer, rabbits, Canadian geese, groundhogs, frogs, turtles and all kinds of birds! The home is SUPER clean and comfy! Once again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for being the bright spot in this sad time. XOXO"

"It was a tad smaller than expected, it was quite cozy. The bed was a little hard for me to get in and out of because one side was against the slanted wall, my husband on the other side. It was very peaceful, especially on the back deck. Just know that the pond is on the neighbor's property and they will let you know not to come near it. Met the neighbors, were friendly enough but made sure to let me know about the boundaries. Also, no cell service, you have to get connected to Wifi to make calls. But overalled we loved being there and in the middle of the mountains."

"What an enjoyable and relaxing stay on the farm. Property was clean, well appointed with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Host was attentive and easy to communicate with.And the beautiful Rooster that greeted us was a special bonus! He was a handsome chap."
