"The proprty is dated but seems to have been under some renovation. The room was small but clean. There was continuous rain so the flooring felt damp. The shower had minimal water pressure. Breakfast was pre-packaged loaf slices, juice boxes and coffee requested through "slips". Skip the lemon and go for the pumokin loaf slice. "

"The area is gorgeous and Garth was a great host. Great communication and a nicely thought out setup. 4/5 only because the term "bathroom" was used very loosely and it was more of a camping experience than I expected when I booked it. I don't regret it, though. "

"It’s hard to find a good hotel in a smaller town sometimes but Fred’s inn was great. Clean, easy check in, and they serve food till 9pm if you need it. The stay was perfect and the price reasonable. If I had to go back to that town I would stay there again"

"This property was charming and looked like the description. There were only 2 of us but I could see how it would work for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is fully stocked. The outside property is spacious and the fire pit was an added bonus. It's right outside of Hamilton, NY which is a cute town and host to Colgate University. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through Upstate. It has a relaxing vibe and is a comfortable place to chill."

"My husband and I came for a long weekend. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we could want. The location was perfect, close to the state park, which we relaxed at a few days. Greene was a quaint little town with great breakfast spot and a few fun restaurants.Our host was easy to reach for any questions and response was within minutes. The place was comfortable and spotless. Quiet spot, easy to access. The bed was comfy, large tv and a notebook with everything we needed to know about the area. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if in the area!"
