"Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy"

"Nice"

"Great place! It is a farm, lots of animals and very busy! Great hosts "

"We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome."

"My husband and I had a great stay! It was very clean and communication was very easy with the hosts. The small fridge in the room was wonderful!"

"Great place to stay"

"When you first pull up the area is a little desolate and spooky, but once I got inside it was so quaint and cozy. There was no staff on site but they answered the phone immediately and there was zero hassle getting to the room. This place is like a hostel, nice common area and clean rooms"

"Clean comfortable close to town"

"Clean and comfortable. Great place to stay for a night."

"Property was very clean and amenities were nice like the mini frig and the micro wave party was spacious ..lake view was nice also"

"What a great find. The owner was wonderful and we loved the kitchy lodge. Out of, but close to Cooperstown was a real plus."

"Clean, tons of parking, and really friendly people! One note is that the shower is a bit small which was fine for me but if you are a taller or bigger person you could have some trouble."
