"This place was absolutely perfect...i cant even stretch how beautiful this place is...steven was an excellent host..he came by and gave us a quick tour of the home! He even gave us alittle history of the area which was very cool...the home is huge and clean...perfect for the amount of people i went with...the waterfalls are breath taking and honestly the reason why we would return to this property....i give it a 10/10....if i could give it 100 stars i would....best place i have been to so...

"My family rented this cabin for a short ski trip to Elk mtn. The cabin was really nice and described nicely in summary. We couldn’t do much exploring of propety due to amount of snow but we are already looking forward to renting this in summer. It’s right on lake with a dock, couldn’t ask for anything better. " I highly recommend staying here! Emily made our trip to Cooperstown so much better! She went above and beyond to make sure our trip was memorable! By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot so I see a lot of them. What separates this hotel from all the others? Emily. Thank you Emily for help making our trip to Cooperstown memorable. We won't forget you and the amazing hospitality you showed to me and my kids. If you need a place to stay, this is the best. Their customer service is second to none!!!"
