"The staff, food, entertainment, property and overall surroundings were great. Even got to see turtles on the beach at night. Would just recommend mats by the sliding doors for the ground floor rooms and better tv viewing options. We did have a great stay. "

"The Hotel was situated next to the movietowne which was very convenient for other dining options. The reservation officer that checked us in was very nice and help sorted out whether breakfast was included in the price since this was hard to tell from the email received from Expedia or Marriott. "Acajou offered exactly what my wife and I needed for a short staycation. A few minutes walk to the beach which walks more of having your own private getaway. The food was home cooked and delicious. Very friendly and courteous staff who were more than accommodating. We had the ability to see nesting turtles from our hut! Will be rebooking and recommending. Thank you Acajou! "

"Transportation (location up twisty dangerous broken narrrow mountain Rd, was a challenge). No housecleaning, dirty; Noise of screaming children (including those of the caretakers) allowed ‘till at least midnight in echoing building (on first night); poor food; inconsistent service; little parking; no record of our online reservation; bar of soap only; had to ask for clean towels and sheets. No restaurants on the mountain."
