"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Lovely location with stunning views. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Very calm and with easy access to either Chamonix and the Mont Blanc or Yvoire, Evian and other towns bordering Lake Leman.
