"The breakfast staff was rude n I booked for two queen beds the beds looked like full size beds "

"No door on bathroom. No deadbolt. Gross mattress. Pay the extra money for somewhere better. I didn’t last 2 hours before I left feeling unsafe."

"Outdated. The room was clean. Overall, the hotel was dirty, nothing was swept, and there was lose garbage on the floor. Fishing tournament in town with fish being gutted in the parking lot right outside our window, which made the hotel smell of fish. Security door propped open with rocks and bricks lowering overall security of the hotel. No elevator."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT!!! SEVERELY understaffed, the entire place was a mess. Trash cans over flowing everywhere, floors are dirty, and the waterpark is a complete joke. Nobody is watching or policing children so there are all completely wild. Life guards do not care (only 1 on duty in the park). Multiple broken parts of the waterpark & caution cones everywhere. This place has been majorly neglected. Ladies at the front desk were polite and understanding but the rest of the facility was just gross. We did not even stay the night in our room and left the waterpark as my 2 small children couldn’t even enjoy it with the chaos in there. "

"Breakfast menu was standard continental fare. Room was clean but dated- carpeting is worn. Bedding was very light and wrinkled- wondered if it in fact had been cleaned from prior stay. No extra blankets in room. Basic amenities with no frills. "

"The hot tub was filthy, the beds were hard. Floors were dirty. It was so loud all night. Left after one night and cancelled night two. I have had good experiences with Baymont’s in this past but this one was terrible "
