We have stayed a few times now, the staff are always lovely and welcoming, and always make sure you have everything you need, the rooms can get abit hot but they came up and gave us a fan witch was a bonus, great location in the heart of Cardiff, lovely comfy beds, big rooms, and great views of the city itself, will always return to this hotel! Not one single issue, amazing price range to.

It was a hot day, the fridge in the room was not working, reported it, never got fixed, complained to the receptionist and we were told they are not obliged to to provide it. This hotel supposedly 4 star at best I will give 3 stars. It needs a make over.The parking is another corn, you fined a space and pay, for 24 hours parking but if go out and on return there is no space you will have to park somewhere else and pay. Why are taking parking fee for more cars than spaces they have. They should know how cars parking fee they have taken and not take anymore. I am not booking this hotel again.

Great Hotel and lovely staff.

Rooms are old and tired looking. Windows didn’t block out traffic noise. Parking is not included with the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel location was ideal for the university campus. Air conditioning in the room was impossible to work out, extractor fan in the bathroom was noisy and ran all night. Food was ok but limited vegetarian choice.
