"The stuff were lovely. The breakfast was amazing. It is a beautiful place but definitely need some upkeep work done to it. More than five tiles in the swimming pool. Broken one of us cut their toes on them because they’re sharp. Wooden planks around some of the trees have been warped on the deck and popped out of place not pleasant to look at and are trip hazards. We had a lovely time and I wouldn’t discount that I would recommend this place but it definitely needs some work."

"This place is amazing, we stayed in the shacks. So clean, the staff are lovely. It's very quiet but only a short walk to sand bay beach club. The breakfast was delicious, we were very surprised as it was included in the room and you get a lot. We will be back to stay again."

"The staff were nice Property was beautiful but a little worn out. The check in process could be better When you first get in, there is a big negative shock, you go to a small hot room to wait for the golf cart to take you down. At that point the your view is really bad and you see some very old ugly sun beds that makes you question your decision but as soon as you as you get on the golf cart and see the rest of the property you really fall in love. I think they should really work on the first impression of the property"

"The room was clean... bed firm and comfy..staff so helpful and friendly...located within a 5 minute walk to Mushroom Bay down a pathway...next time we will use this to access hotel with a small rollalong suitcase and backpack... balcony with 2 chairs and table great place to enjoy a wine at days end"

"We keep returning so that tells you we like it here😉 A week wasn't long enough. Great big room (deluxe), clean with fridge, kettle, safe, TV, sofa, blockout curtains & terrace. Included breakfast if you chose it, was enough with good options & the best view in Mushroon Bay from their restaurant. Plenty of meals eaten there with lots of choices. Enough pool lounges but they are the type that you can't adjust & not a great shape for our backs🙃 Things that could be added/improved is * the pool was getting more cloudy by the day & needs regular scrubbing & vacuuming, not just some chlorine added. * a day bed on the terrace of deluxe rooms would give you somewhere comfy to relax. The terrace is huge so plenty of room as the chairs get hard on the butt. * need a sign at the pool & parents of kids advised, 'No Bombing'. Trying to relax with 2 kids bombing wasn't relaxing. Thanks again Sanghyang Bay Villas. See you next time💚💙"
