"Key cards to room would not work multiple times, had to return to front desk and have key cards reprogrammed each time to enter room. "

"Room was clean but if you want clean service you need to request it also for shampoo refills. Pool and jacuzzi was great we used every day! Rooms needs upgrades but for the price I can’t complain I felt like on a camping having balcony next to me friends and pool on front. I would stay again. Thank You! "

"Location location! Then hotel is as billed, clean, rooms have character, staff great. Stayed for St. Patrick’s Day and hotels location, adjacent to the town square was perfect! I stayed there for St. Patrick’s Day, but what would bring me back is everything I didn’t have time to explore and discover!"

"It was a clean room, tho did feel like just an updated simple motel room. Staff was just ok. Breakfast was a “grab-n-go” brown bag of fruit & granola bar. Grateful that they are pet friendly property and that I received the downstairs quiet room as requested. For a quick getaway of one-night sleep it’s a good spot in town, close to downtown Prescott. "
