"Gooooodsdddddddddddddddd............................"

"Pemandangannya bagus, makanan juga OKE. Tapi di kamar hotel ada semut yang menggigit, perlu sering disemprot.. thx"

"Bed sheets smelled of urine Cockroaches and lizards every where Poor food , terrible breakfast choice made my child sick Never stay there again "

"Good environment "

"Great place!"

"The staff was great."

"The place is a little bit far from the main road, but the site is quiet and nice. We enjoyed all the facilities and had a nice and delicious meal in the restaurant due to heavy traffic. The price is not low; however, all hotels in Puncak are not cheap too. However, some facilities are worn out. "

"Staff were all nice and friendly. There is a very little mini mart but close at 7pm. better to open until like midnight for the guests stay up late. Well that's why there is room service : ) "

"A very nice hotel with golf course nearby "

"Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor 2. Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help 7. Safety protocol in restaurant...
