"I was amazed with all the service. Keep up the excellent work. All staff are very helpful. I’d like to stay there near my brother’s house until I flight back to USA. But the room was fulled and I have to check out and find another hotel. I came to this area for my brother’s viewing and funeral in Cibubur. My heart is heavy and grieving for the loss of my brother, but I was helped and comfort by the service of this hotel. Thank you for always clean up my bed and give a new towels. Thank you for helping for my laundry also to keep my luggages there while I have to check out and went to Church on Sunday morning. Thank you so much for everything. "BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!"
