"I had booked the best villa with river facing views. 6 months ahead of time. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc... Further restaurant is non Ac and staff is unprofessional. The entrance to resort is narrow and makes you feel you are entering a very narrow and land locked space.
