"Awesome stay - would have been perfect if the NYE party didn’t have a live band bc it was like a subpar American wedding band playing bad covers (female singer was off key), which made the evening very off brand for a modern, chic and upscale place like Nobu. In fact, the mix of the guests were quite international and well traveled crowd, so was surprised to hear the music mostly outdated covers. Cool DJ’s would have been the right DJ. Staff was phenomenal especially Gabriel and Jesus at the Corteza pool. Food delicious. Could use more wine options easily accessible. Overall, impressed and would love to be back if the music at NYE and parts of pool party can be dialed to be more Prices are definitely very high but to expected. "

"Cannot say enough about this Villa! It is spectacular! The check in process was easy, the villa was clean, and accurately described online. Private pool and hot tub was amazing! Having a golf cart was key! Allowed us to drive around the property for golf, pickle ball, and dining. We had a group of 6 and there was plenty of room for us all and then some! Oh and the fire pit was a favorite… sitting around the fire pit every night sharing stories and laughs was special! Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again! "

"50 th Anniversary Perfectamundo!This house was perfect for our family. 6 adults, 4 grandkids 7,5,4,3. Beautifully appointed, quiet,safe, convenient to all of the Diamanté resort amenities. Carlos and his concierge team were wonderful to work with and nothing was missed. Their recommendations were excellent and very helpful. We truly experienced the best of Cabo and will be sure to make a return trip soon. Thank you all!"

"House was great, great views. Seems very new. Rooms and beds were generally nice and comfortable. Diamante was a nice resort, somewhat hard to get in and out of as you can't call ubers to the house, but Diamante can call shuttles to your house which is easy, just more expensive. Only issue was we were missing 2 queen beds in the 4 queen bedroom, but I am certain this will be resolved prior to the next guest visiting, be sure to check this though if you will be needing the beds. Everything else about the listing is accurate and exceeded expectations. FYI, to heat the hot tub is an extra charge which is not listed on VRBO. "

"Fantastic in every way. This villa was brand new and was perfect for our group of 9. The concierge Carlos was flawless with his assistance and suggestions. The villa had the highest quality appliances and furnishings. The pool has heated at no cost and was breathtaking on the 14th hole of Tiger Woods designed golf course. Would definitely stay again. "
