"The place was very run down. The price was great but wish they could fix something. Ceiling in bathroom was ruined, bathroom floor cracked. Light by window was coming off the ceiling. Window was propped with a stick to prevent people from coming in I assume. Pool needed a new paint job on the bottom. Bed was hard. A safe place to sleep but definitely needs a good remodel."

"Wasn't sure what to expect before going. It was a little further out than I was thinking but very peaceful. Haaf three units labeled so easy to know which one you were going to. Had to call the host and answered right away. Very helpful."

"The Tiny House was a cute little place to stay. The location is very convenient to downtown Grinnell. The interior was neat, simple, and covered the basics. The view looking over the little meadow and farm land was beautiful and peaceful. The bed in the loft was comfortable and cozy. For people with physical challenges it may be too difficult to maneuver up and down the stairs, but there is a futon couch that converts into a small bed. Overall we had a nice stay at the Tiny House."

"The house was perfect for 4 adults to stay for several days while in town for an event. We enjoyed the back patio with the the grill and became the space for others in our party to eat due to the lovely kitchen. Communication was great with the host . We would definitely stay here again."
