In the house: storage room for bicycles. 100 m long very steep, narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 850 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "Diano San Pietro" 1.1 km, sandy beach 3.5 km. Marina 3.5 km.
"Casa Paolo", 3-room house 80 m2, on the upper floor. Partly renovated in 2017, rustic and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and DVD. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm). Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 50 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Beautiful distant view of the countryside, the resort and the ocean. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot.
