"They helped us out by providing a room that was easy to access as my spouse had a foot injury, plus it was on the north side of the building which was cooler per my request. The pool was nice, clean and open early and late. Breakfast was simple but met our expectations. The air conditioner worked well, there was smoke in the air but not in our room and it was very quiet. Nice folks at the front desk and keeping the coffee and food stocked. The place was very clean. We would stay there again."

"Stayed here for a concert @ the gorge. When we arrived there was a sign on the door stating no early check in, which we understood, being that it was fully booked the night before. What was not great is that when check in time came around there was no order for checking in. Ourselves & a bunch of others were waiting in the lobby waiting for an announcement that it was time to check in. No announcement came & a few people who had just walked in were checked in. It would have worked better had the front desk people had a sign in sheet & when it came time to check in they called us up in order, IMO. The room itself was fine, bed was pretty comfortable, everything was clean. We would probably not choose to stay @ this hotel when coming over for a concert, but maybe for other trips. Price was affordable."

"Front desk staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Negative issues - the carpet was very stained throughout the room. The tub/shower was caulked so excessively it made it feel kind of gross. Definitely need updates to the facilities."

"The breakfast is the best for any other hotels in Ellensburg, The place was clean and they cleaned the room daily. The only drawback is the location. Right in front of the hotel is a seedy hotel with questionable guests. But no issues with Holiday Inn."

"This is a lovely property tucked away at the top of a gravel road community in the hills. Take a car with good traction that can handle pretty steep inclines. Getting out on the deck in the morning is a very peaceful experience, very quiet and private. The cabin was clean and well-prepared and still had connectivity if you wanted it. Though we had a burn ban, it was clear that the wood stove was ready to use."
