"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking.

"I asked if they had elevator, they answered no but not to worry on first floor. It was3 flights up. The tiny bathroom with shower, the floor was flooded when arrived and could not get a plumber in before we left. No drawers in that room and 3 hangars in closet. Key pickup instructions were for old holder which had been replaced and did not relate. Could not get key code until 3 pm or up to 45 pound charge for any earlier. 20 pound non refundable fee added the day before for damage or a 200 pound refundable fee . Not as nice as photos."
"It was a very nice stay. Food is pretty expensive if you're wanting to eat in, but if you are going around and getting food other places, ans only focused on the overall stay here? It's perfect. Cleaning is always on point, personal belongings were always left exactly where me and my fiancé left them regardless of importance or lack thereof, and overall it was a very respectful and comfortable space to stay. :)"

We washed the dishes first before eating because they even had bits of I think food on them. Neither of us took a shower because it looked like mold in the shower. The bathroom floor was sticky.
