Charming B&B in the quant village of Mauchline. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. The hosts were super friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. We’ll recommend to friends and family traveling in the area.

Great location for exploring the area, very cofortable, clean, and spacious accomodation. Quite and restful, great beds and generous perfectly cooked breakfast. The Lady of the house was delightful, accomodating and went to any extent to make my stay wonderful. If I'd visit the area again hopefully I'll stay longer!

Excellent hospitality at the service including making me an evening meal, much appreciated as I’d been walking all day. Room was also excellent as was the brekkie in the morn… all for an extremely reasonable price. Wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation 👌

The hosts are incredibly helpful (assisted us with our luggage and recommended local restaurant which provided us with a late dinner. Our room was large enough for a family of three and we slept like the dead. Breakfast was made to order and delicious.

Ardwell B&B is a lovely place to stay. Very generous room with an excellent ensuite bathroom. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast on Sunday was delicious and plentiful. Our hosts couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I would heartily recommend it and would very happily stay at Ardwell again.

Proprietors super friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely, clean,spacious bathrooms, nice furnishings and linens. Very accomodating with diet restrictions Only problem for me was steep stairs to room....have bad knees.....but Proprietor carried suitcase up and down from room so no issue after with stairs. Altogether fabulous place.

Lovely welcome from owner, especially when I was soaked from cycling there. A fresh pot of coffee and some cakes was swiftly provided! Big room, comfy bed, all immaculately presented. Hearty breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend.

A lovely property. Everything fresh and clean from the bedding to the bathroom and towels. Delicious breakfast. Una and Morton were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble from serving tea and cake when we arrived to supplying me with toothpaste when I found i hadn't packed mine! Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Una was the best hostess. Very welcoming and made sure we settled in nicely. The room was very roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating—truly went above and beyond! They helped us with local sites and even planned multiple day trips for us. The room was fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely to die for. We’d definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone!
