"The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent and had a larger variety than we expected. Also, the pool and hot tub were open til midnight so we were able to take advantage even though we arrived after 10pm. Our only complaint: one of the queen-sized mattresses in our room sagged in the middle and it was hard to stay on my side of the bed!"
