"The house, pool and out building needed some tlc. Broken window blinds, green growing in the pool and the 2 bathrooms in the barn have no air or ventilation so entire family used the upstairs main house bathroom. It was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone (10 adults and 5 kids). Location was great to avoid big crowds and traffic. Several very good restraunts close. "

"We had a great time although cleanliness was an issue. Beer cans, nicotine patches, and cigars left from previous guests, poop on the toilet with no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the pool was murky. But over all the house was great and unique. Love the layout and the boat deck was beautiful. "

"We have rented this place before and it was nice. This time the floors are messed up they have it covered with carpet. Which they were stained it just didn’t seem clean this time. Dishes were dirty. Very disappointing! "
