Villa La Terrazza is a beautiful stone building (300 sq m) with air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in four bedrooms with four bathrooms.

The property is composed of the main building and the annex, however they are connected by a loggia.

In order to reach the property, you have to travel a dirt, partially paved road for approximately 300m.

IMPORTANT: One side of the property and a part of the garden adjoins "San Lorenzo" (about 30 m. away) and they are divided simply by a laurel hedge. Both houses have a separate and independent entrance, outdoor pool and private spaces. There is the possibility of booking both houses together.
