Private: garden 1'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road).
