Private: garden 500 m2, natural garden, swimming pool (13 x 5 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture. 500 m long very steep motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Contea" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, riding stable 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Due to a very narrow curve uphill not all vans and multivans with wheelbase exceeding 2.95 meters are allowed. , all cars with wheelbase up to 2.95 meters are allowed.
