Villa in Vicchio with 4 bedrooms sleeps 10

Magnificent stone farmhouse, on three floors, part of an ancient farm complex that dates back to the late Middle Ages and which was once used as a resting spot by Camaldolese Friars during their visits to the Romanesque parish church at Dicomano. Recently refurbished, the villa is furnished with great care and taste and is immersed in the green Mugello valley, a few kilometers from Florence, in a panoramic position. The house is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden of 3.000sqm. equipped with pool for exclusive use of the guests (7m. x 14m. prof. 120cm to 350cm.). The property also has a nice porch which can be used for outdoor dining. Wi-Fi free. Private parking within the grounds and two charging stations for electric vehicles. The house is located 3.5 km. from "Vicchio" (birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico), at 37km. from Florence, at 23km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake "Bilancino" (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), at 20km. the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club", at 3.5km. riding stables.
NOTE: One side of the property and a portion of the garden is bordering with "Vista San Lorenzo", that is about 30 m. away and it is separated simply by a laurel hedge. Both houses have a separate entrance, outdoor pool and private spaces. Possibility to book both of the houses together.

On the mezzanine floor: large room of about 70 square meters. with fireplace; dining / study room with sofa bed; 1 bathroom with shower (toilet / bidet);
Panoramic position. 500 meters of dirt road to access the property.
Very comfortable furniture with period and antique furnishings.
NOTES: The property borders on one side and on a part of the garden with "Vista San Lorenzo", which is at about 30 m., the separation consists of a laurel hedge. Both houses have a separate entrance and outdoor swimming pool and private spaces. Possibility to book both properties togheter.

Incredible Mountain Villas Retreat

We absolutely loved our stay. The property has two two bedroom villas with incredible appointments and charm. The views from the terrazzas are breath taking, showing the entire Mugello valley. You can even see the incredible views while you enjoy the pool. The property has multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces that make it a truly remarkable property in every way. The private road to the property is narrow and intimidating on the first trip up and down, but it gets easier with every trip. This is an incredible location for experiencing Tuscany and it's wonderful country side. The property gives you seclusion and at the same time there is an incredible farmers market and wine shop just a few minutes away at the Forteto - there is also a great bar and restaurant there. This is a true Mugello treasure.
