On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, and a DVD player. This floor also hosts 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, ideal for a restful night's sleep. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. 2 shower rooms, each complete with a bidet and WC, are also located on this level.
The upper floor features sloping ceilings throughout and offers 2 additional sleeping areas. The first is an open room with a double sofa bed, while the second is a private room with sloping ceilings and a French bed of 160 cm, accompanied by a shower room with bidet and WC. A spiral staircase leads further to another room with sloping ceilings, furnished with 2 beds and served by its own shower room with bidet and WC.
