Cozy chalet on a hill in the forest near Willingen

What we value most is the spacious and quit area. The early birds may catch a deer in the garden. Walk from the house directly into the forest. Enjoy the evenings @ the open fire outside or in the house or ski within 20 minutes. Chill out and unwind.

The house has a garage for 2 cars. After reservation we will send a complete and detailed route description to the chalet. Including a version for winter time when snow has fallen.

Wochenende am Dienelsee
Wir haben das Haus mit 5 Erwachsenen, 1 Baby und Hund gebucht. Vom Platz war das Haus sehr großzügig für uns alle und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Check in erfolgte über einen Schlüsselkasten. Beim ersten öffnen der Haustür kommt einem der Geruch vom Kamin entgegen. Dieser war aber sehr zu empfehlen bei den kalten Temperaturen (Holz mitbringen) . Wie es auch in der Beschreibung steht , liegt das Haus sehr weit oben . Es ist das letzte am Hang . Und eigentlich wollten wir Urlaub im Schnee . Zum Glück gab es keinen weil dann wären wir nie am Haus angekommen bzw. vom Haus wieder runter zum See . Sehr ruhig aber auch sehr abgelegen. Am Diemelsee selbst war gar nichts los. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und alle Fragen und Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt.

Huis aan de berg
De woning is netjes schoon en goed voorzien van alle gemakken. De kinderen vonden het hoekbad geweldig en de grote tuin. De communicatie vanuit de eigenaar was uitstekend. De kachel binnen was gezellig. Alles werkte goed naar behoren. Bij aankomst hebben we dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de garage, want op dat moment ging het hard regenen. De omgeving was prachtig. Aandachtspuntjes zijn de afdaling naar de woning toe die was vrij steil, goed om te weten van tevoren. Verder geen probleem. En als laatst waren er in de zomer veel teken, goed om elke dag te controleren op tekenbeten.

Wir waren mit ein paar Jungs vor Ort. An solch einem Wochenende setzt man die Prioritäten anders und schaut einfach nicht so genau hin. Etwas unsauber war es letztendlich schon. Wäre ich mit meiner Familie vor Ort gewesen, hätte mich der Preis sehr geärgert. Man sollte gut gekühlte Lebensmittel mitbringen, da der Kühlschrank bei Ankunft ausgeschalten ist und sehr lange braucht, bis die Temperatur einigermaßen erreicht ist, um ihn zu füllen. Das Tiefkühlfach war komplett ohne Funktion. Die Gegend allerdings ist sehr schön. Leider hat der Eigentümer nachträglich Geld gefordert und dies eigenständig unberechtigterweise über die Kreditkarte eingezogen. Ob er von seiner „Reinigungsfirma“ abgezockt wird oder selbst versucht, auf diese Art und Weise zusätzlich Einnahmen zu generieren, ist an dieser Stelle nicht zu beurteilen. Solche Maschen gehen aber gar nicht. Vielleicht sollte er zukünftig ebenfalls vor Ort sein und eine Übergabe machen. Auf diese Weise würde er sein Haus auch mal persönlich sehen und nicht nur über die platzierte Überwachungskamera. Nach fast neun Wochen haben wir unser Geld jedenfalls zurückbekommen, da all seine genannten Argumente nachweislich gelogen waren. Schade eigentlich, dass es solche Anbieter gibt. Für uns jedenfalls gilt: dort nie wieder.

Ruhige Lage mit steiler Anfahrt
Wir haben als siebenköpfige Männerrunde das Haus für ein Wochenende gemietet. Die Wohnung ist aufgrund ihrer Hanglage interessant geschnitten, man hat von der Terrasse einen weiten Ausblick, allerdings nicht auf den Diemelsee. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten richten sich an Erwachsene, ein Zimmer mit drei Betten, darunter ein Etagenbett, zielt wohl eher auf Kinder und Jugendliche ab, für uns hat es aber gepasst. Die Auffahrt von der Talstraße zum Haus ist recht lang und steil. Mit dem Auto heutzutage kein Problem mehr, zu Fuß hat man bei Spaziergängen aber etwas vor sich, eher nichts für Fußlahme... Dafür sorgt die abgelegene Lage für Ruhe, die im Ort manchmal nervig lauten Motorräder waren am Haus so gut wie nicht zu hören.
