Profitez d'un logement élégant avec vue exceptionnelle sur l'église saint Michel, situé dans le centre historique de Dijon classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.
Cet appartement fraîchement rénové garde tout le cachet de l'ancien. Il est calme et très lumineux car exposé plein sud.

Il est proche des commerces et desservi par les transports en commun.

Vous pouvez vous installer directement avec vos valises sans rien prévoir puisque ce logement est entièrement équipée.

Il contient une cuisine aménagée avec frigo, micro-onde, lave linge, bouilloire...

Le lit est très confortable, mesure 160 x 200 cm et comprend toute la literie nécessaire en satin de coton, avec du rangement, un fer et une table à repasser.

La salle de bain est également équipée avec un radiateur sèche serviettes, un sèche cheveux ainsi que d'autres équipements de base (serviettes, savon et papier toilette).

Vous aurez accès à une connexion internet rapide (WIFI et Ethernet) ainsi qu'à une télévision.

Il est possible de se garer dans la rue ou dans le quartier mais ce stationnement est payant de 9h à 12h et de 14h à 19h. Le stationnement est gratuit les dimanches et jours fériés.
