"Property was great however I had to ask for washcloths and I had to ask if my bed would be made and I had to request garbage bags for the trash can but sadly I had to ask for my floor to be swept and mopped the same dirt was on the floor from the day before. Sad… beautiful hotel staff was nice food selections were great!!!"

"This was our second trip to Jewel Paradise Cove and it exceeded our expectations as always. The staff is more than great they made our trip very memorable and the other guests staying there were also very friendly, everyone seemed like family. I love the bar tenders, the restaurants, the entertainment is amazing there is always something to do at the resort. We did a few excursions Dunns River Falls which I loved, Luminous Lagoon, which I did not like, and a full day in Negril, which I loved. We also had a special sunset dinner on our last day which was wonderful. I loved everything about this stay with one con, the jacuzzi tub, it was really hard to get in and out of if you were only taking a shower, but I made it work because we got to be in the room next to our best friends. You will not be sorry staying at this resort, it is small but that's what made it so much fun, you could have your alone time and party all in one resort. We loved Jewel Paradise Cove and we will see you again."
