"I really enjoyed my stay here! I was looking for a hotel with a central location and God allowed me to find this place! Gloria and all the staff were so polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean ( its a bit smaller than I imagined) but it was ok for my one night stay in Paris. I also loved the decor. I was able to walk to the Louve, the Jardin de Luxembourg, the Norte Dame and the Pantheon was like 5 mins away! The breakfast was delicious and service exceptional. I am so happy to have found this affordable place 1 week before my trip to Paris after searching for weeks for a perfect location! Highly recommend "

"The check in was smooth. Except WiFi was terrible. One of staff member at the desk was rude to worst customer service I received. Day before I was checking out, went ask him I can settle my bill as I was leaving early morning. He refused & these are his words come in morning he can’t do it right now. This was my 18th stay in this hotel in past 10 years. If they don’t care will look for another hotel. They should hold him responsible teach him how to deal with clients or Get ride of him."

"Staff were professional and friendly. Would have liked a bottle of water included in the room rate as well as hair conditioner and carpet in room could do with a wet clean but room and bathroom very clean other than that. "

"We stayed just for one night and had no meals at the hotel. The location was great for all major attractions. The staff was very welcoming and kind. We were allowed to leave the luggage safe as we arrived before the check in time. Recommend."

"The room was small which I expected the bed was clean but some areas of the bathroom needed cleaning you could smell the shower drain at night as there is a gap in the door staff were very nice lovely pattiserie over the road convenient for metro and walking to some tourist areas "

"I arrived at the Courtyard at 11 AM and was surprised that they allowed me to check in early. Because I have gold status, they upgraded me to the top floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was big for a hotel in Paris with 2 twin size beds that wasn’t next to each other like most hotels situated their beds in Paris. It’s centrally located, clean and easily accessible to public transportation. They also provided basic toiletries including a shave kit and a toothbrush kit in case you didn’t pack yours. Plus they also provide filter water in a reusable bottle you can fill as much as you want. Defywould stay again."

"Great location for Gare de Lyon train station, 2 mins walk. We walked to Eiffel tower, took us maybe 30 mins. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us and we enjoyed our stay. There was an early check in available, which after a 30 hour flight was music to my ears. The room is small but that is known and part of the package! Very well designed rooms, felt like I was back in Japan!"
