"Great location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. My stay was only marred by the very noisy family next door -- and the fact that I could hear the kids arguing late at night through the shared wall. Not really the Commonwealth's fault but the one reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars. (I could also hear the elevator dinging outside my door.)"

"The house is nicely decorated. It is stocked pretty well. It is conveniently located near a lot of restuarants and activities. The house is extremely small for six people. The retrofit of the bathrooms is understandable but they are quite small. If you are going to have sleeping for six, then I feel there there should be seating for six in the living room."

"This hotel is stellar! The house is beautiful. The rooms are so well decorated. High end toiletries in the bathrooms and fluffy pillows on the beds. The common areas like the lobby and dining areas are so inviting and relaxing. Upstairs there’s a gorgeous library where you can spend hours and hours. Ronni was a delight. Even though he was so busy he didn’t just check us in, he gave us the grand tour of the building and made us feel so welcome. Jeffrey was also a delight. He had so many stories to tell about Richmond’s history and wonderful recommendations for sites and local food. We are definitely going back again next year for our anniversary. We absolutely loved it. "
