They put out snacks in a basket making it look like they were complimentary only to find out that I was charged 18.00 for beef jerky and other bars. This hotel should not be rated 4 star. It is more like a 2 star hotel. I paid way too much for the quality of this hotel and did not enjoy my stay there. I should have read more reviews before booking.
