"They towed my RV when it was parked where they told ME to put it. In a valet only parking, I parked two blocks down and had a ticket in the window. On the day I was to leave, my RV was towed by the managers of the hotel. The clientele that go here are stuck up. Too much for a small ass room and a bucket for a pool. Don't waste your money! "

"Our room was pool/ beach front gulf view . Room was clean. Easy access for kids to use the pool. Love this resort. There are so many fun activities. Dan the manager and his staff were exceptional! They are a great asset to this resort."

"Property is under construction. Our room was disgusting we had to wash our feet immediately after getting out of the shower because the floors made our feet so dirty immediately. There was red sauce like dried splats all over the floors and on the wall, dried boogers or something on the head board, the couch was torn up, some hook was broke in half on the wall. The WiFi wasn’t working or connecting to anything, the tv wasn’t connected to internet to allow you to watch Netflix. The microwave in the room didn’t work. The key pad to get into the room was broken so our keys didn’t work and had to keep calling the “engineers” to help us so it took us an extra hour to check in after getting our keys running around the hotel trying to get new keys, talk to front desk, get engineers to get us in. We kept calling front desk for help and no one would answer. All of this isn’t the worst thing in the world and I am certainly no Karen but when you charge a $40 a night “resort” fee when half the amenities aren’t working and general cleanliness is ignored it’s pretty ridiculous. Thankfully they refunded us the $200 resort fee after complaining during checkout but just unfortunate for how much we paid for this vacation. We stayed here last year and it was great we absolutely love it but we stayed on the Sirata side. When booking we saw The st Pete shores side was cheaper but had same amenities so we thought since the Sirata was great we thought it’d be fine. It became clear they are v diff"

"Very nice small property right on the beach. They had few amenities but what they had was nice. They have a grill area with lots of dining like seating, small pool, ping pong table (it was too windy to play the 4 days we were there) a nice sitting area facing the beach and a hammock. I think laundry facilities are available too but didn't use them. The staff was very nice and even got our ball out of a tree for us."

"Lots of construction was going on at the beach area. Staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations. Room was great for the sleeping arrangements we needed. Floor of our room was gritty and dirty. Bottom of our feet were black. "

"I got a standard room for four people, and it was really small. No room anywhere to put any suitcases but other than that everything was excellent. Definitely will be going back and getting a bigger room next time."
